Executive Chef

Born in 1970, Kelvin Yam is a Singapore chef and restauranteur, with Kingsman Bar & Bistro being one of the restaurants under the Yam's brand. His reputation as a head chef spans beyond local arena, with achievements and awards including the Gold award at the International Youth Chef Competition 2009 in China, as well as the Gold award at International Chinese Culinary Competition in China Wulumuqi. With many years spent honing his culinary skills, Kelvin takes pride and remains committed to dishes he puts out, as he continues to invent new and unique recipes for his restaurants. Kelvin's culinary experiences also include being the Founder of Supreme Food Industries (2008), creating the Salted Egg Fish Skin in Singapore.
